Fundraising Marathon Update

Malcolm Keys has completed both the Brighton and London marathons this month. Aidan said “Dad was disappointed with his Brighton time as he wanted to be closer to 4 hours but having to drive on the morning of the event took its toll. The week after Brighton he injured his left shoulder and arm and 2 miles into the London marathon lost all feeling in it, which hampered him propelling himself and slowed him further”.
The Keys Men have run to raise money to help the Southend High School for Boys Charity Week raise £10,000 for UNICEF and Mind (South East and Central Essex). Mind is mental health charity close to both of their hearts which Malcom has previously raised over £4000 for.
