25 Berkeley Square London

With a rich history dating back to the 1660s, Berkely Square is affectionately known as the jewel in Mayfair’s crown, and internationally renowned as one of the most prestigious addresses in London.

This development, our third for Lazari, involved the design and installation of new Portland stone cladding for the four upper levels of the building. Two replacing the existing upper floors and two additional storeys to create new accommodation.

The existing Portland stone on the lower levels on the south/square facing elevation was cleaned and repaired, as was the precast and glazed brickwork on the other elevations. New Portland stone cladding was also installed on the north facing/Bourdon Street elevation, and for the Jones Street shop front.
