280 High Holborn is a seven storey mixed use development between Holborn and Chancery Lane. Retail units are provided at the ground floor level with a self contained residential complex and 63,000 sq ft of office accommodation on the upper floors.
As part of the stonework package, awarded by main contractor Mace, Putney & Wood’s in-house design team interpreted GMW’s conceptual drawings to create detailed drawings of the stonework on each elevation. Following design, Putney & Wood’s project team sourced the specified limestones and hand fixed each one individually.
