7-10 Hanover Square

7-10 Hanover Square is a mixed use development in the heart of the West End. The scheme provides 11,500m2 sq ft of combined residential, retail and office opposite Bond Street Crossrail station.

Following a competitive tender process, Mace appointed Putney & Wood to carry out the stone cladding sub-contract package. This included the design, supply and installation of the Portland stone cladding required for the for the external façades.

The project was designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’, with project-wide procedures during the construction phase to ensure the target was met. Alongside other sub-contractors and suppliers, Putney & Wood made a valuable contribution towards calculating the development’s carbon footprint by recording both the number of wooden pallets reused/recycled, and the mileage of our delivery vehicle.
