This redevelopment in the City of London created 187,060 Sq. Ft. of exceptional grade ‘A’ office space over eight levels. The project replaces the original façade with full-height, textured glass and a large scale entrance using Portland stone and Yorkstone paving.

Following a competitive tender process, Putney & Wood was awarded the stone contract by Bouygues the main contractor. The project included the installation of basalt floor tiling on two levels, limestone cladding to the walls in the two receptions and Yorkstone exterior paving. Restricted site access meant that logistics on this project had to be closely managed.
