Internal marble wall cladding and sandstone flooring
Situated within the Mayfair Conservation Area, 8-10 Hanover Street underwent a major redevelopment to provide high quality offices, luxury apartments and prime retail units occupying 45,000 sq ft over seven floors.
Putney & Wood was appointed by main contractor Mace to design, procure and install the internal flooring and wall cladding for the office and residential reception.
Large slabs of Noir St. Laurent marble were polished and carefully book-matched to create a distinctive feature wall behind the reception desk, while Pietra Serena sandstone from Tuscany was used for the flooring.
