8-10 York Gate Regents Park

Originally designed by John Nash in the early 19th century, 8-10 York Gate is a Grade 1 listed building adjacent to Regent’s Park.

Having worked on several prestigious projects with both Fletcher Priest and Como in the past, Putney & Wood was appointed to carry out the stonework package. Primarily this involved the design, procurement and installation of a specially designed leaf pattern on Portland stone ashlar cladding panels. Each stone was drawn individually and cut using the latest CNC technology. Putney & Wood’s masons painstakingly installed each piece to achieve the intricate pattern.
