Notting Hill Gate

47 – 69 Notting Hill Gate is a five-storey, mixed use development directly outside the tube station on the south side of the street. The upper floors provide 15,000 sq ft of prime office space, while the ground level is reserved for several retail units.

The building is owned by investment fund manager, Frogmore who appointed Iconic as the main contractor for the development. Following a competitive tender process, Putney & Wood was awarded the stone cladding package.

Putney & Wood’s in-house design team worked closely with Iconic and project architect, Squire & Partners to ensure neither aesthetics nor buildability were compromised. With the pale coloured Moleanos limestone sitting above the Absolut Black granite at ground level, the finished façade perfectly complements the streetscape.
