St Edmunds Terrace

50 St Edmund’s Terrace is an exclusive, residential development in Primrose Hill comprising of 37 luxury apartments set in three, low rise buildings.

Following a competitive tender process, Putney & Wood was appointed by Mace to carry out the complex, internal stonework package. Vratza limestone was used for the bathroom floors, with Statuario or Diano Reale for the cladding. White Onyx was used sparingly in the bathrooms to create a natural cladding feature. Meanwhile, two different limestones were used for the flooring, wall cladding and pilasters in the communal areas. A dramatic feature wall was created in the main reception using green Onyx. The riven textured Broughton slate was used for the link bridge and pool surround.
